Packing /Coverage:

Capitalizing on our in-depth industry knowledge, we are involved in offering a wide range of Iron Grout No.2. These free flowing, non shrink cementitious grouts ensures to provide heavy duty support beneath load bearing units. Our range is available in various packaging options and offered at industry leading prices.

Application: Heavy duty support beneath base plates, crane and transporter rails, standing equipment bed plates stanchion bags.

Packaging/ Coverage:

• 25Kgs Flowable consistency /2160 kgs per M³

Owing to our rich industry experience, we are involved in offering an extensive range of Iron Grout No.3. These heavy duty grouts provides support beneath load bearing units. Further, these also have high static & dynamic forces for transferring all operational load to the foundation. Thus owing to the quality features of our range these finds wide application in different machines and equipment.

• Grouting base plates and pockets of Turbo Generators Diesel generating sets
• Crane and transporter rails with high wheels loads

With the assistance of our professionals, we are offering our clients an extensive range of Iron Grout No.4. Our range is used, where shrinkage compensating and high fluidity is required along with excellent strength. Thus, these are widely used in non shrink in fixing & joints.

 Applications:

• Bed grouting
• Non shrink infixing & joints Grouting of voids in structural member & grouting of pipe joints
• Dosage : 5 Kg of Iron Grout No. 4 to 50 Kgs of cement bag.
• Packing- 5 Kgs .
  

A cementitious Grout admixture is supplied in powder form, to be mixed with cement, Iron Grout No. 5 is a combination of an expanding medium and plasticizing agent. The expanding agent generate gas during hydration process before initial set take place, counteract the settlement and shrinkage, enable high workability and increase stability admixture.

 Applications:

• Bed grouting
• Non shrink in filling & jointing, pressure grouting for tunnels and shaft linings
• Packaging- 225 gms .
• Dosage : 225 gms per 50 Kg bag of cement .

Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Iron Grout No.6, which has high mechanical and chemical resistance strength. Thus, these are used in high speed, turbines and centrifuges, drop forges and reciprocating machinery. These are available in various quality packaging as per the client's need.

• For Grouting gap width 35-70 mm
• For Grouting gap width 10-40 mm
• For grouting gap width and static  joints 0.25 to 10 mm.
